Heteronormative is the term describing that the gender roles within the society are based on heterosexual norms! Taking this definition as the basis, I use in this work the receipt of the fine imposed by the police to transvestite individuals in many cities all around Turkey. Criticizing the system, which interprets article 37 of Law of Misdemeanor in its own way, I display the male body in a feminine form as a sarcastic attitude towards the understanding that seems no harm in manipulating democracy in such a way. On the other hand, that attitude exhibits the ironic state of the fines imposed through his intervention on the work. I reckon that the attitude of “ignoring” or “you do not exist” alienates the different individuals living in the society from their own society.
